Like President Richard Nixon's National Security Advisor Henry Kissinger had links to and later joined the Tri Lateral Commission.

President Jimmy Carter's National Security Advisor from Jan. 1977 through Jan. 1981 was Zbigniew Brzezinski.
Brzezinski was asked by David Rockefeller to help set up the Tri Lateral Commission in 1973 and became member as well.

'Cloud Seeding' was and is a technological revelation that was and is apparently a threat to covert U.S. NASA and NATO weather modifications programs on a global scale.

If the world's population was aware of how effective' Cloud Seeding' actually was, the public outcries for the use of it all these decades would have been deafening.

The famines brought on as the result of droughts in Africa since the 1960's until the 2000's must have resulted in the tens of millions of deaths and caused numerous wars and massive relocations of the survivors. -- This made it much easier for Multi-national corportions to move in, set up military puppet regimes and go 'hog wild' on any and all natural resources that now became available.

The rash of major, so called 'wildfires' of 2019 - 2020 in California, the continent of Australia and Amazon Rainforest makes me wonder just how much of those thousands and thousands charred acres will be changing hands at 'Fire Sale' prices.
